Apple unveils new iPad Air with AI features to boost demand

Apple has introduced new versions of its iPad Air, now with a stronger M3 chip and special features to make it easier for users. The 11-inch model starts at $599, while the 13-inch version costs $799. People can pre-order the new iPads starting Tuesday, and deliveries will start on March 12.

Apple is adding more powerful chips to its devices so they can handle tasks like answering questions from tools like ChatGPT. This helps Apple stay competitive with brands like Samsung and Huawei, which are also adding smart technology to their products.

Along with the new iPads, Apple also released a cheaper iPhone 16e last month. It costs around $600 and includes special features to attract customers in markets like India, where people often buy mid-range phones.

The special features in Apple’s products let users write emails, send messages, and even edit photos easily. These features are slowly being added in different languages and regions after being introduced last year.

Last May, Apple released a new iPad Air with an M2 chip. The 11-inch model of that version cost the same as the new M3 model. Apple has also updated its regular iPad, which now has more storage and a new A16 chip. However, this model does not include the special features found in the iPad Air.
