His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Second Deputy Ruler of Dubai and Chairman of the Dubai Media Council, talked about how the UAE has grown and changed since it began on 2 December 1971. He said the UAE’s story is an amazing example for people around the world. He thanked the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, the late Sheikh Rashid bin Saeed Al Maktoum, and the other leaders who started this journey for their great vision.

He also talked about the UAE’s values, like working together with others and being fair and honest. These values have helped the UAE succeed and grow, especially in the media. He said the media plays a big role in showing the truth, solving problems, and planning for the future.

Sheikh Ahmed gave special thanks to the first people who worked in the UAE’s media. He said they worked hard to tell the UAE’s story during its early years. These people faced many problems, but they helped build the strong media industry the UAE has today. He said the media is very important for understanding what is happening now and planning for a bright future.

At the end of his message, Sheikh Ahmed shared his love and support for the UAE’s leaders and people. He wished everyone in the UAE a happy National Day. He said the UAE will keep working hard and staying united to achieve even greater things.
