ADAA Hosts Panel on Corporate Governance to Curb Financial Fraud

Abu Dhabi Accountability Authority (ADAA) held a talk during the Risk 4.0 Forum, part of Abu Dhabi Finance Week. The talk was called The Important Role of Governance in Stopping Financial Fraud. It covered topics like how companies can use rules to stay fair and how governments can help with these rules.

Many important speakers joined the talk. These included Hussain Khorji, the Chief Financial Officer of Ruya Partners; Mark Chahwan, Co-Founder and CEO of Sarwa; and Melissa Scully, a Partner at Deloitte who works on company rules. They shared ideas on how good rules can stop money problems in businesses.

A special robot called Furhat also joined the panel. This robot can talk and listen like a person. It showed how new technology can help companies find and stop money fraud.
