Thankfully, no one was hurt, and no buildings or houses were damaged. The government is keeping an eye on the situation to make sure everything is safe.
Telangana is in a low-risk earthquake zone called Seismic Zone II. In India, there are four zones for earthquakes: Zone II, Zone III, Zone IV, and Zone V. Zone V is the most dangerous, while Zone II has the least risk of strong earthquakes.
Even though Telangana is in a low-risk zone, this earthquake reminds people to stay alert. The government has asked everyone to stay calm and follow safety steps if another earthquake happens.
