Dubai, UAE – Gulf Craft, the acclaimed yacht and boat manufacturer based in the UAE, has proudly secured the Manufacturing Category award at the Emirates Labour Market Award 2025, an event hosted by the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, UAE Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister, and Chairman of the Presidential Court. The annual ceremony on November 13 in Abu Dhabi celebrates organisations that elevate the standards of the UAE’s labour market.

This award marks a groundbreaking achievement for Gulf Craft, recognizing the company at this prominent national event for the first time. Chosen from nearly 1,800 contenders across the UAE, this honor emphasizes Gulf Craft’s 40-year legacy of excellence in manufacturing, workforce development, and innovative practices.

The Emirates Labour Market Award acknowledges organizations that excel in employment practices, workforce empowerment, wellbeing, diversity, and innovation. Gulf Craft was highlighted for its comprehensive workforce planning, Emiratisation strategies, training initiatives, and a progressive, inclusive working environment.

Yousuf Alshaali, Office Manager of the Chairman, who graciously accepted the award, shared:
"This honor reflects the positive environment we strive to create for our employees. We aspire to be the employer of choice, fostering a supportive and forward-thinking workplace for everyone. This accolade reaffirms our dedication to workforce wellbeing, empowerment, cultural inclusivity, and professional growth – principles central to Gulf Craft's success."

Under the guidance of Chairman Mohammed Hussein Alshaali, who believes that “Taking care of your people leads to their care for you,” Gulf Craft remains committed to prioritising safety, innovation, inclusivity, and professional growth.

As a proud Emirati firm, Gulf Craft’s recognition in the Manufacturing category embodies the nation’s ethos of craftsmanship, innovation, and dedication to its people. This award is also a stride towards fulfilling the UAE’s long-term vision for a premier employment landscape, where talent, knowledge, and opportunities flourish.
