The team is led by Tadej Pogačar, a top rider and World Champion. Pogačar has won the UAE Tour twice before in 2021 and 2022 and is ready to race again after two years. He is considered one of the strongest riders in the competition.
The UAE Tour has seven stages, with a mix of flat stages, mountain climbs, and a time trial. Some important stages will be the time trial on stage 2 at Al Hudayriyat Island, a 12.2km race against the clock, and stage 3, which will take riders up Jebel Jais, a big mountain. The race will finish at Jebel Hafeet, a famous climb.
The team is strong with riders who can help Pogačar win the overall race and help Sebastian Molano win sprint stages. Molano is hoping to win his first stage of the year in the flat stages.
Pogačar is ready to lead the team and is confident about their chances. He said, "I feel good to lead the team, and I know my teammates will support me. The fans in the UAE are amazing, and we want to put on a great show for them and try to win the title at our home race."
