UAE President receives Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and Mohammed bin Rashid

President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan welcomed His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum at Qasr Al Bahr in Abu Dhabi. His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Crown Prince of Dubai, who is also the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence, attended the meeting.

During their meeting, His Highness the President congratulated Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum for his outstanding achievements. The young Emirati had recently graduated from the prestigious Royal Military Academy Sandhurst in the United Kingdom. He was honoured with the Sword of Honour, an award given to the best international student. Not only that, but he also secured first place in both academic and applied military studies, making history as the first Emirati to receive both of these remarkable distinctions.

Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed expressed his pride in Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and all the Emirati youth who represent the UAE with hard work and dedication. He emphasized that such achievements highlight the talent and potential of young Emiratis, proving that they can excel academically and professionally. His Highness the President wished him continued success in his future endeavors, especially in serving his country.

Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, on his part, expressed his deep gratitude to the President for his kind words. He mentioned that His Highness' encouragement would inspire him to keep working towards even greater success in the future.

The meeting also saw the presence of several prominent leaders, including His Highness Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, along with His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the Ruler’s Representative in the Al Dhafra Region. Additionally, His Highness Sheikh Nahyan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan Charitable and Humanitarian Foundation, His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Khalifa Al Nahyan, Advisor to the UAE President, and many other dignitaries and senior officials attended the meeting.
