The UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and Sultan Haitham bin Tariq of Oman shared warm wishes on the occasion of Eid Al Fitr during a phone call. Both leaders expressed their hopes for good health, happiness, and continued growth for their countries and people. They also wished for peace and prosperity across the world.
During the conversation, the two leaders also spoke about the current situation in the region. They showed concern over the rising tensions and its impact on regional security and stability. Both sides agreed that there is a strong need to stop the ongoing military escalation as soon as possible.
They highlighted that dialogue and diplomacy are the best ways to solve issues and avoid further problems. The leaders stressed that peaceful talks are important to protect stability and ensure long-term peace in the region.
