Bangkok witnessed a strong UAE presence at Defence & Security 2025, as Calidus Holding Group displayed its cutting-edge defence solutions from 10th to 13th November. The exhibition offered a strategic platform for showcasing the nation’s capabilities in air, land, and missile systems.
The Group presented a diverse range of products fully designed and manufactured in the UAE. Highlights included the MATV armoured combat support vehicle equipped with the AlHeda missile platform, scaled models of the B-250 light attack aircraft and B-250T advanced trainer, as well as the Wahash armoured infantry vehicle. Visitors also saw the 8x8 LIFV001, the Washag reconnaissance vehicle, the Barq multiple rocket launcher, and the MCAV005 multi-role armoured personnel carrier.
Calidus’s participation reflects the UAE’s growing commitment to developing a sustainable and independent defence industrial base. By demonstrating local innovation and integrated systems, the Group is positioning its products as trusted solutions for regional partners.
The Bangkok exhibition also supports the Group’s broader strategy to expand in Asian markets, where demand for advanced defence solutions is rising. By engaging with regional stakeholders, Calidus is exploring opportunities for industrial cooperation, knowledge transfer, and long-term partnerships, strengthening the UAE’s reputation as a hub for defence innovation.
