Dubai, UAE – April 17, 2025: The 21st edition of the International Property Show (IPS) 2025 successfully concluded, reaffirming its status as a premier global real estate platform. Organized by Dubai Land Department (DLD) at the Dubai World Trade Centre, the three-day event welcomed 30,720 visitors from 174 countries, bringing together investors, industry leaders, and decision-makers from across the world.
The event showcased over 300 local and international exhibitors from key real estate markets, including the United States, Indonesia, Mexico, Poland, Greece, China, Spain, Georgia, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, and Oman. IPS 2025 provided an essential networking hub for cross-border collaboration and strategic partnerships, opening new doors for business and investment opportunities.
A defining feature of IPS 2025 was its focus on thought leadership and knowledge-sharing. More than 261 industry experts participated in over 100 panel discussions and workshops, addressing vital trends and the future of the real estate sector. The Institutional Investors Conference explored high-level investment strategies, while the IPS Women Conference highlighted women's empowerment and leadership in real estate.
Government entities, international organizations, and real estate experts played a significant role in fostering dialogue on global real estate developments. During the Chinese Press Conference, Dubai Land Department officials introduced Chinese investors to Dubai’s real estate opportunities, further cementing Dubai’s appeal as a top investment destination.
Majid Al Marri, CEO of the Real Estate Registration Sector at Dubai Land Department and Chairman of the IPS Organizing Committee, emphasized Dubai’s vision to be a global real estate innovation hub. He stated: “IPS 2025 aligns with Dubai’s commitment to fostering a transparent and secure real estate market. The event successfully showcased groundbreaking solutions and digital initiatives, reinforcing Dubai’s position as a leading real estate investment destination.”
Dawood Al Shezawi, President of IPS, expressed pride in the event’s accomplishments: “IPS continues to be a key platform uniting project developers, investors, and policymakers. This year’s exhibition has expanded opportunities for collaboration between emerging and established real estate markets while emphasizing innovation and sustainability.”
Real estate developers and investors expressed high satisfaction with their IPS participation, with many securing direct property deals during the event. Exhibitors were particularly impressed by the diverse visitor profiles, ranging from potential homebuyers to high-net-worth investors, strengthening confidence in Dubai’s thriving real estate market.

DHA City Karachi promoted its eco-friendly residential projects, emphasizing modern, sustainable urban living.
IPS 2025 set the stage for new business opportunities and strategic alliances that will shape the future of the real estate industry. With digital transformation, sustainability, and investment diversification at the forefront, the event reinforced Dubai’s role as a pioneering global property hub.
As anticipation builds for IPS 2026, exhibitors and investors alike are eager to build upon this year’s momentum, solidifying Dubai’s status as a world-leading destination for real estate investment and innovation.
