Muscat Hosts Oman-Saudi Security Committee Meeting

Today, the heads of the Security and Judicial Coordination Committee gathered in Muscat, under the auspices of the Coordination Council involving the Sultanate of Oman and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The primary aim was to evaluate the stages of previously established initiatives while bolstering the cooperation and collaboration between the two nations.

Representing Oman, the meeting was co-chaired by Maj. Gen Abdullah bin Ali Al Harthy, the Assistant Inspector General of Police and Customs for Operations, alongside Dr. Hisham bin Abdulrahman Al Falih, the Assistant Minister of Interior from Saudi Arabia. Committee members from both countries engaged in discussions about ongoing collaborative efforts as well as prospective security and judicial matters.

The talks underscored the necessity for close coordination to effectively tackle regional challenges and ensure the successful realization of agreed-upon projects.
