Abu Dhabi witnessed a royal visit this evening as H.H. Sheikh Rashid bin Saud bin Rashid Al Mu’alla, Crown Prince of Umm Al Qaiwain, toured the Abu Dhabi International Hunting and Equestrian Exhibition (ADIHEX) 2025. The exhibition is taking place at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC) and is considered the largest edition in its history.
During his visit, Sheikh Rashid walked through several pavilions, where he explored both traditional and modern exhibits. The event highlights the UAE’s strong connection to its cultural heritage, while also embracing new technologies and global innovations in hunting, equestrian, and outdoor sports.
The 22nd edition of ADIHEX, running until September 7, 2025, has grown to become a world-class platform. It is not only about showcasing equipment and services but also about celebrating heritage, culture, environmental sustainability, and innovation. This year’s edition reflects how the UAE continues to support heritage-based events that bridge tradition with modernity.

Sheikh Rashid spent time speaking with exhibitors and participants, including both local pioneers and international brands, who came to the capital city to display their latest products, initiatives, and projects. From advanced equestrian gear to new hunting tools, and from cultural preservation initiatives to environmental awareness programs, ADIHEX demonstrated a balance between tradition and progress.
The Crown Prince showed special interest in the national initiatives and projects presented during the exhibition. These included efforts to preserve falconry, equestrian traditions, and desert culture, while also introducing modern technologies that help in wildlife conservation and sports safety.
He also praised the steady development of ADIHEX over the years, noting how it has expanded in size, attracted more participants, and drawn a larger audience. According to Sheikh Rashid, such events play an important role in keeping heritage alive for future generations, while also making the UAE a leading hub for cultural and sporting exhibitions.
The Crown Prince’s visit highlights the importance of ADIHEX as more than just an exhibition. It is a place where heritage meets innovation, where families, enthusiasts, and international experts come together to celebrate a shared cultural legacy. With falcons, horses, camels, and traditional crafts alongside modern hunting equipment, equestrian technologies, and sustainable projects, the exhibition continues to draw global recognition.
This year, ADIHEX 2025 has also introduced new sections and pavilions, making the event more diverse and interactive for visitors. Alongside the main exhibitions, there are also cultural activities, workshops, and live demonstrations, making it not just an industry event but also a family-friendly cultural festival.
The exhibition is expected to attract thousands of visitors from the UAE and abroad before it concludes on September 7. As one of the region’s most prestigious heritage and cultural events, ADIHEX continues to strengthen the UAE’s reputation as a global hub for tradition, culture, and innovation.
