Sheikh Hamdan Honours Winners of 8th Historic Dalma Dhow Race

His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the Ruler’s Representative in Al Dhafra Region, honoured the winners of the 8th Historic Dalma Race Festival for the 60ft traditional dhow sailing race.

The event, which is the longest dhow race in the Gulf region, took place as part of efforts to celebrate and preserve the UAE’s deep-rooted maritime traditions. His Highness gave awards to the winners and congratulated everyone who took part in the race.
