Arabian Hills Real Estate Development has officially started the second phase of its big project, Arabian Hills Estate. This comes after the success of the first phase.
The news was shared at a special event on November 27, 2024, at the Jumeirah Beach Hotel in Dubai. Important people from the community and real estate experts attended the event.

The Arabian Hills Estate is located 45 minutes from the Burj Khalifa area, on the Dubai-Al Ain Road. The project is worth AED22 billion and covers 244 million square feet of land. It aims to change how we live in a modern and eco-friendly way.
The goal of the company is to create smart communities that will be good for future generations. People have responded very positively to Phase One, showing that they trust the quality of this project.
The second phase will offer even more chances for people to live and invest in a great place. The location is perfect, and it will have many facilities to meet the needs of everyone. The estate will include shopping centers, schools, green spaces, and fun activities. The goal is to improve the quality of life for people and make them feel like they belong to a strong community.
This new phase will continue building on the success of the first phase, creating a place where people can live, work, and enjoy life in a modern and comfortable environment.
