ZāZEN Properties, a company based in Dubai, has launched a new project called The Hub Residences in Al Furjan. This is a 10-story building with 105 spacious apartments. The building is designed to be eco-friendly and follows the LEED certification, which means it is good for the environment.
The apartments come in one-, two-, and three-bedroom sizes, and some of them also have a maid’s room. There are also townhouse apartments that are special because they give you the feel of living in a big apartment but with the added space of a townhouse, including a private garden and pool.

ZāZEN Properties is working with One Broker Group (OBG) to sell these apartments. They have worked together for a long time, and this is another project they are doing together.
The Hub Residences is located very close to the Al Furjan metro station, only 150 meters away, making it a great place for people who want to live or invest in the area. It’s in a lively neighborhood with everything you need.
Madhav Dhar, who is the COO of ZāZEN Properties, said they are excited to start this project. He also said that living near the metro will make the property more valuable over time. Dhar also mentioned that ZāZEN’s other projects, like ZāZEN One, ZāZEN Gardens, and ZāZEN Ivy, sold out quickly because of the quality and community they create. He added that ZāZEN’s goal is to keep making good, lasting homes for people to live in and invest in.
With The Hub Residences, ZāZEN Properties continues to build homes that are good for both people and the planet, in one of Dubai's best neighborhoods.
