Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has made important changes to the traffic in the Nad Al Sheba area. These improvements are part of a bigger plan to make the roads in Dubai better and handle the city’s growth. The changes include adding a new entry and exit point for cars coming from Meydan Street. Also, an intersection on Latifa bint Hamdan Street has been turned into a roundabout.
These changes are meant to help the roads work better, reduce traffic jams, and make travel easier for everyone. They also aim to meet the needs of the growing population in Dubai, especially in important areas like Nad Al Sheba. This will help the city move forward and make life easier for the people who live and work there.
Abdulla Ali Lootah, who works at the Traffic and Roads Agency at RTA, said that these changes are very helpful for the area. "Nad Al Sheba is an important area in Dubai. By adding another entry and exit point for cars coming from Meydan Street, we can reduce travel time by up to 60%. This will help cars get in and out of the area more quickly," he explained.

Lootah also talked about the roundabout. "We have changed the intersection of Latifa bint Hamdan Street and Nad Al Sheba Street into a roundabout. The roundabout has one lane in each direction. This will help reduce traffic, stop jams, and make waiting times shorter by up to 50%, especially during busy hours. It will also make the roads safer for everyone using them," he added.
These changes are part of RTA’s plan to improve roads all over Dubai. The goal is to make sure that people can move around the city easily and safely. With the improvements in Nad Al Sheba, drivers will spend less time stuck in traffic and get to where they need to go faster.
