Netflix Down for Over 1,000 Users Before Mike Tyson vs Jake Paul Fight

On Saturday morning, Netflix stopped working for 1,182 users in the UAE, just as many people were getting ready to watch the big boxing match between Mike Tyson and Jake Paul. The problem began at 7:42 am local time, and users in the UAE could not access the streaming platform. This meant they couldn’t watch Netflix shows or movies during that time.

The issue didn’t only affect people in the UAE. In the US, Netflix had problems on Friday night too. Downdetector, a website that tracks problems with online services, reported that by 10:35 pm ET (03:35 GMT on Saturday), over 85,000 people in the US were having trouble using Netflix. Most of these problems were in big cities like New York, Seattle, and Los Angeles. There were also some reports from other areas, but the main trouble was in these big cities.

This is not the first time Netflix has had trouble during important events. In April last year, Netflix had a short outage when people were trying to watch the live streaming of the dating reality show *Love is Blind*. Many users were upset because they couldn’t watch the show during the live broadcast.

Netflix has not said anything about the problem yet Netflix didn’t give an immediate response. Streaming services like Netflix can sometimes face problems when a lot of people try to watch something at the same time, especially during special or popular events. Even though these outages are usually fixed quickly, they still cause problems for viewers.

Streaming platforms like Netflix can have difficulties when too many people are watching at once. This is a common issue, especially during live events, which put a lot of pressure on these platforms. In the future, Netflix will need to find ways to improve its service during high-demand times to prevent these kinds of issues.
