Mark Wood Exits Ashes Following Knee Setback

In a significant blow to England's Ashes hopes, fast bowler Mark Wood has been sidelined for the remainder of the series due to a recurrence of his knee injury. After an intensive seven-month rehabilitation period, Wood underwent surgery earlier this year, aiming to be fit for the Australian tour. In light of Wood's absence, England has called up Matthew Fisher from Surrey as his replacement.
