Latifa bint Mohammed Meets Costa Rica’s Minister of Culture & Youth

Her Highness Sheikha Latifa bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, who leads Dubai Culture and Arts Authority, recently met with His Excellency Jorge Rodríguez Vives, the Minister of Culture and Youth of Costa Rica. The meeting took place at Expo City Dubai.

Also present at the meeting were His Excellency Francisco Chacón, the Ambassador of Costa Rica to the UAE, and Her Excellency Hala Badri, Director General of Dubai Culture.

This important meeting showed both countries’ desire to grow their friendship through culture. It was a step towards building a strong connection between the UAE and Costa Rica in the field of arts and culture.

Sheikha Latifa has always worked to support cultural exchange between nations. During the meeting, they talked about how artists from the UAE and Costa Rica could work together on different projects. This could include taking part in art festivals, exhibitions, and other creative programs.

The ideas shared at the meeting matched Dubai Culture’s goal of bringing people together through art and giving creative people more chances to shine — both in the UAE and around the world.
