The International Women Awards (IWA) Dubai 2025, a premier event celebrating outstanding women leaders and innovators from across the globe, concluded successfully at a distinguished ceremony held at Shangri-La Hotel, Dubai. Organized by West World Group UK & UAE, the awards ceremony recognized more than 40 exceptional women who have demonstrated remarkable contributions to their fields, inspiring others through their leadership, resilience, and vision.

The ceremony celebrated women achievers from a range of fields including: Healthcare and Wellness, Education, Technology, Fashion & Entertainment and Business. The distinguished awardees included Shaikha Hasan, Mahwish Awan, Bhairavi Prakash, Dayana Solano, Irka Bochenko, Dr. Vibha Bhardwaj, Fizzah Khan, Pauline Gurnel, Arezu Aghasey, Sandi Rich Saksena, Sirin Mazumder, Farrel Lisa, Eshal Shaukat, Aditi Khare, Maria Gracia Ramos Caguet, Maryam Alkhoori, Fatima Jabeen, Dina Al Ubeidi, Ellen Joncheere, Surabhi Sehgal, Prof. Sherley Louis, Preethi Dsouza, Zahra Mohamed, Mahi Zaal, Garance Fannie Upham, Suchitra Chaudhary, Asma Amir Siddiqui, Barrister Anjana Vallabhdas Bhatia, Lubna Jawharji, Mamta Tiwari, Nezaket Emine Atasoy, Chaya Mughal, Amna Banihashem, Ekta Kaushal, Sharmili Madhu, Irdina Sofia, Krystle Koh (International Emcee), Aisha Nasim, Sadia Abbasi, Ume Marwan, Ms. Parveen, and Sabah Hassan Sherani Al Balushi.
Each recipient was honored not only for their achievements but for the spirit of transformation and hope they carry forward.
The ceremony featured moving performances by Actor and Model Bilal Iqbal and his team from Chilanka Music & Dance Institute Dubai, elevating the event's atmosphere. A particularly memorable highlight was the soulful song presentation by Irka Bochenko, celebrated James Bond actress and singer, alongside Laroussi Hind, which won the hearts of all attendees.
Ms. Naima Lashari took a moment to sincerely thank all those who contributed to making IWA Dubai 2025 a grand success. She extended her heartfelt appreciation to Futurezone Dubai, Cell Care Medical Center, Trip Ifeza Tours, and the Asian Arab Chamber of Commerce for their valued support. Special thanks were also given to Cravers, Ahmed Al Maghrabi Perfumes, and Rubaba for their generous gift hampers and giveaways, which added warmth and joy to the celebration. Additionally, Ms. Lashari acknowledged the dedicated efforts of volunteers from Nabd El Emirates, whose tireless support helped execute the event with elegance and perfection.
In a deeply emotional moment, Naima Lashari launched a new brand, "Samina Mumtaz," dedicated to her late sister, who was not only a mentor and guide to her but also a source of strength. The brand will offer exclusive clothing and bags, embodying values of resilience, love, and remembrance. Speaking at the event, Naima Lashari and Partner Hendrik Van Der Ham congratulated all awardees, thanked sponsors and volunteers, and expressed their commitment to making future editions even grander. They announced that preparations for International Women Awards Dubai 2026 have already begun, promising another memorable celebration of women's excellence globally.
