Hamdan bin Mohammed Meets Linda Yaccarino, CEO of X Corp

His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, met Linda Yaccarino, the CEO of X Corp, the company that was earlier called Twitter. The meeting happened at The Executive Office in Emirates Towers, Dubai. They discussed how Dubai could work with big companies like X Corp to bring new ideas and help everyone through technology.  

Sheikh Hamdan shared Dubai’s vision of fostering strong relationships with global digital companies. He emphasized the UAE’s goal of achieving a significant boost in the economy by generating AED 100 billion each year through digital transformation in the next decade. He recognized X Corp as a key partner in this effort and praised its role in driving innovation and new technologies.

He explained how X Corp’s plans to become a central online platform match Dubai’s goals for the future. Sheikh Hamdan also said Dubai has been a center for media and technology for over 20 years. With about 4,000 media and tech companies already working in Dubai, the city is a great place for businesses to grow and try new things.

Sheikh Hamdan said Dubai is the perfect place for companies like X Corp to start new services, improve technology, and help people connect in better ways. He said he trusts X Corp as a partner to help Dubai and the UAE reach their goals for the future.
