Biltmore Residences is a five-star hotel apartment building by Millennium Hotels & Resorts. It is located in Al Sufouh, Dubai. This is the second Biltmore project in Dubai, after successful projects in Los Angeles, Tbilisi, and London.
The 44-story building will offer amazing views of the city. The apartments come fully furnished with high-quality amenities. The design of the building fits well with Dubai’s famous skyline while also focusing on being environmentally friendly.
The project will be finished in 2026, and already 65% of the apartments have been sold. There are now 12 special luxury apartments available for buyers. These apartments offer a modern and comfortable living space.
The penthouses in this project are the most luxurious. They will have private Zen Garden terraces, great food options, and excellent services. The penthouse residents will also have special elevators just for them.
Ali Jaber, the CEO of GJ Properties, said that Biltmore Residences Sufouh is more than just a place to live. It shows luxury and style. He said, “We want to offer a living experience that matches the dreams of Dubai’s rich people and also offers a good investment opportunity.”
The penthouses are very spacious, covering 4,600 square feet. They are on the 39th to the 44th floor and offer beautiful views of Jumeirah Palm Islands, Burj Khalifa, and Sheikh Zayed Road, the main road in Dubai.
With its great location, beautiful views, and top features, the Biltmore Residences Sufouh will be one of the best places to live in Dubai.
