Flydubai (FZ) has announced that it will restart direct flights between Dubai (DXB) and Pisa (PSA), bringing exciting news for travelers. Starting from April 1, 2025, the airline will operate three weekly flights from Terminal 3 at Dubai International Airport (DXB) to Pisa International Airport (PSA). This move will make traveling between the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Italy easier and more convenient.

More Travel Options for Passengers

The return of this route means that people from Dubai, the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region, and Italy will have more travel options. It also gives tourists a chance to explore the beautiful Tuscany region in Italy, which is famous for its rolling hills, vineyards, and historic towns.

This flight route will also help Pisa Airport grow its international presence, boosting tourism and business in the Tuscany region.

Airline Leaders Share Their Views

Jeyhun Efendi, the Divisional Senior Vice President of Commercial Operations and E-commerce at Flydubai, said the airline is focused on connecting less-served markets.
“Since 2009, we have been working hard to improve travel connections,” Efendi said, highlighting the airline’s goal of offering easy and comfortable travel for passengers.

Roberto Naldi, the CEO of Toscana Aeroporti, which operates Pisa Airport, shared his excitement about the flight resumption.

Comfortable Travel Experience

Flydubai promises a comfortable and enjoyable travel experience for passengers on this route.

  • Business Class passengers will enjoy lie-flat seats, gourmet meals, and a high-quality entertainment system.

  • Economy Class offers comfortable leather seats with adjustable headrests, ensuring a pleasant journey.

Expanding Network and Fleet

Flydubai continues to grow its network, flying to over 130 destinations in 55 countries. The airline operates a modern fleet of 88 Boeing 737 aircraft, known for their fuel efficiency and advanced technology.

Why This Matters

The return of direct flights between Dubai and Pisa is more than just a route reopening. It represents how air travel continues to grow, bringing people, businesses, and cultures closer together. This connection will make it easier for tourists and business travelers to explore new opportunities across continents.
