Why These Jobs Are Important
Pakistan’s aviation sector is going through a major transformation. With the arrival of new budget airlines like Fly Jinnah, the demand for skilled pilots is increasing. Many Pakistani pilots who were earlier flying for Gulf and European airlines are now being attracted back to Pakistan because of competitive salary packages.
Fly Jinnah’s offer is considered one of the most lucrative in the region, as it not only provides high fixed salaries but also adds extra pay for every flight hour, along with allowances for housing, transport, and travel.
For young pilots, this could be a big opportunity to build careers both in Pakistan and abroad. For experienced captains, the salaries are among the highest offered by any South Asian low-cost carrier.
