Emirates has announced that it is expanding its long-term partnership with Trip.com, a leading global travel services provider. The agreement was signed at ITB Berlin by Nabil Sultan, Executive Vice President of Passenger Sales & Country Management for Emirates, and CT Ooi, Vice President of Flights Business at Trip.com Group.
With this expansion, Emirates and Trip.com aim to explore new growth opportunities in different markets and customer segments. The partnership will focus on strengthening Trip.com’s global presence through strategic collaborations while utilizing Emirates' extensive international network. Both companies will also work together on marketing campaigns in key regions, particularly in Asia and Europe, which are important markets for both brands.

Speaking about the partnership, Nabil Sultan expressed his enthusiasm: “We are excited to take our cooperation with Trip.com to the next level. This expansion will help us offer more of our products to Trip.com’s customers and unlock new opportunities, such as air and hotel package deals. It will also allow us to integrate offers across both our loyalty programs and reach more travelers with special promotions. Our goal is to make it easier for Trip.com customers to customize their journeys with Emirates.”
CT Ooi also shared his thoughts on the partnership: “At Trip.com, we are thrilled to strengthen our relationship with Emirates. By combining Emirates’ world-class airline network with our growing travel services, we can offer travelers exclusive flight and hotel packages, attractive promotions, and better loyalty rewards.”
As part of this expansion, Emirates and Trip.com will work closely to improve customer experience by integrating Emirates flight options with Trip.com’s hotel and travel services. They will also launch exclusive promotions, especially for families and holiday travelers.
Additionally, both companies plan to roll out special campaigns and loyalty programs to increase customer engagement in major global markets. They will explore ways to add more benefits to the Emirates Skywards and Trip.com Rewards programs, making travel more rewarding for customers.
The partnership will also focus on specific travel segments, such as students, young travelers, and cruise passengers. Emirates will also introduce its premium Chauffeur Drive service on the Trip.com platform, making luxury travel more accessible for high-end customers.
Emirates first joined hands with Trip.com in 2020 to expand its reach in China and later in other Asian countries. Their initial partnership included joint marketing efforts to increase bookings through Trip.com’s platform.
This latest expansion comes as Emirates is strengthening its presence in Asia with new flight routes. The airline will soon start daily non-stop flights between Dubai and Shenzhen, China; four weekly flights to Da Nang, Vietnam; and three weekly flights to Siem Reap, Cambodia. Emirates continues to have the largest network among non-Asian airlines, flying to 24 destinations across East Asia.
With this growing collaboration, Emirates and Trip.com are set to make travel easier, more flexible, and more rewarding for passengers worldwide.
