Elon Musk Names 4th Child with Shivon Zilis 'Seldon Lycurgus'

Elon Musk and his partner Shivon Zilis, who works at his company Neuralink, have welcomed their fourth child. They surprised everyone by sharing their son's unusual name, Seldon Lycurgus.

Shivon posted the news on X (formerly known as Twitter), while celebrating the first birthday of their third child, Arcadia. She wrote, “Discussed with Elon and, in light of beautiful Arcadia’s birthday, we felt it was better to also just share directly about our wonderful and incredible son Seldon Lycurgus.” She did not mention the exact date when the baby was born.

Elon Musk responded to the post with a heart emoji, showing his happiness. Now, Elon and Shivon are parents to four kids: twins Strider and Azure, Arcadia, and Seldon.

The name Seldon Lycurgus has gotten attention online. One person joked, “white people love to be called Seldon Lycurgus.” Another person said, “Seldon Lycurgus sounds like a name from Doctor Who.”

The name Seldon might be inspired by a character from a famous book series called Foundation by Isaac Asimov. The character, Hari Seldon, is a scientist who created a way to predict the future of civilizations. This could show that the couple wanted a name that means intelligence and vision.

The name Lycurgus comes from an ancient lawmaker in Sparta, Greece. Lycurgus is known for creating laws that made Sparta strong and disciplined. He believed in order and structure in society. His name is tied to wisdom and strength.

This after a claim from conservative influencer Ashley St. Clair, who said she gave birth to Elon Musk's child. She also said Musk spent two hours with the baby on September 21, 2024.

Elon Musk has six children with his ex-wife Justine Wilson. Sadly, one of their children died when very young. He also has three children with the musician Grimes.
