Dubai's Anax Developments Unveils New Luxury Tower Design

Anax Developments, part of Anax Holding, a company based in Dubai, has announced a new project called Evora Residences in the Al Furjan area. The project will be ready by the third quarter of 2026. Evora Residences is made to offer a calm and peaceful place to live while still being close to the busy parts of Dubai.

The building will have ten floors with apartments that come with one, two, or three bedrooms. Every apartment will have a big balcony. The design will be modern and comfortable.

Evora Residences will be located in Al Furjan, a fast-growing neighborhood in Dubai. It’s close to popular places like Legoland, IMG Worlds of Adventure, and Ibn Battuta Mall. These attractions make it a good place for families to live.

Anax Developments held a special event at the Jumeirah Beach Hotel to introduce the project. The company said the building follows their motto “Live Large,” meaning it gives people a spacious and fulfilling place to live.

The apartments will have smart features like solar panels for energy saving and home technology to make life easier. The kitchens will have Bosch appliances, and the bathrooms will have Teka fixtures. A one-bedroom apartment will start at AED 1,068,777 (around $290,959). They offer a payment plan where people pay 30% now and 70% later.

Satish Sanpal, Chairman of Anax Holding, said, “We want to create homes where people feel comfortable and truly at home. Evora Residences will give people the best of quiet living with the fun of the city nearby.”

The project will be in Al Furjan, a place that mixes green areas with city life. The area has shopping centers, parks, gyms, and jogging tracks, making it a great place to live.

Anax Developments plans to build over 2,000 homes next year, with projects worth $1 billion. Ravi Bhirani, Managing Director of Anax Developments, said, “Evora Residences and other upcoming projects show we are working hard to improve living spaces in Dubai.”

He also said the company wants to build homes at different prices to attract many buyers. “Al Furjan is a great place for families because it is peaceful, has green spaces, and offers good investment chances. That’s why we decided to build here,” he added.
