Dubai South Properties Completes 90% of Pulse Beachfront, Plans Future Projects

Dubai South Properties has announced significant progress on The Pulse Beachfront, a luxury master-planned community located in Dubai South’s Residential District. The development is now 90% complete, with phase 1, which consists of 251 units, expected to be finished by the end of the year.

The Pulse Beachfront has already achieved a notable milestone, with all 788 villas and townhouses sold out upon launch. This success underscores the strong demand for properties in Dubai South, a trend that continues with each new project in the area.

The community features a diverse range of residential units, including three-, four-, and five-bedroom villas and townhouses, offering between 2,600 and 4,800 square feet of living space. Each villa is equipped with master bedrooms, a maid’s room, closed kitchens, private gardens, covered parking, spacious living areas, study rooms, and rooftops. The development also includes a large water lagoon, an artificial beachfront, and a half-Olympic size swimming pool.

Residents will enjoy a comprehensive array of amenities, including a state-of-the-art fitness club, gym, squash and tennis courts, climbing walls, a private lounge, a yoga garden, aerobics studios, a children’s club, and a water park. Additional features comprise a children’s pool, skate parks, jogging tracks, various F&B retail outlets, a grand supermarket, and extensive green spaces with facilities for tennis, beach tennis, and padel tennis.

Nabil Al Kindi, CEO of Dubai South Properties, commented on the progress, expressing satisfaction with the construction timeline and noting the strong interest from investors. He highlighted the strategic location, quality of units, and amenities as key factors driving demand. Al Kindi also emphasized plans for future developments to meet the growing need for apartment units in Dubai South, with The Pulse Beachfront standing out for its wellness-oriented features and exceptional amenities.

The Residential District in Dubai South continues to enhance its offerings with public parks, sports courts, retail shops, a 50,000-square-foot hypermarket, a mosque, a petrol station, and a public bus route linking to the Expo Metro station. A new GEMS Founders School, pending KHDA approvals, is set to open this month. Currently, the district houses over 25,000 residents who benefit from its lifestyle, amenities, and gated residential communities.
