Dubai South Partners with BT Properties to Develop Unique Community in Golf District

Dubai South, a large area in Dubai made for airports, businesses, and homes, has signed an agreement with BT Holding LLC to create a new gated community in the Golf District, near Al Maktoum International Airport.

The agreement was signed by HE Khalifa Al Zaffin, the Executive Chairman of Dubai Aviation City Corporation and Dubai South, and Ahmed Ali Riaz Malik, the Group CEO of BT Holding. Other important people, like Nabil Al Kindi, the CEO of Dubai South Properties, and Malik Riaz Hussain, the Chairman of Bahria Town, were also present. Some senior managers from both companies also attended the event.

This new community will have many features. There will be villas, townhouses, and apartments for people to live in. It will also have schools, hospitals, shops, mosques, and places for fun and entertainment. The area will include green parks, water streams, a central park, dancing fountains, wide roads, monuments, and many other beautiful things. It will be a calm and exciting place for people to live.

HE Khalifa Al Zaffin spoke about the agreement and said he is happy to work with BT Holding, which is one of the best developers in Asia. He said Dubai South is becoming a city of the future, and more people are showing interest in living there. He added that the project will attract new residents and investors because of its high-quality homes and lifestyle.

Malik Riaz Hussain also shared his thoughts. He said Dubai is growing very fast and is an important place for their company. He said they are excited to work with Dubai South on this project. He explained that his company has a lot of experience in building big communities in Pakistan, and they will use that experience to create a self-sustaining community in Dubai. He said he is looking forward to making this project a reality with Dubai South.

Dubai South began in 2006 as a government project. It covers 145 square kilometers and is planned to be a city for businesses and people to live in. It plays a big role in the growth of Dubai and the UAE. Dubai South offers benefits for businesses and has homes for different types of people and families.

This project will help make Dubai South even more famous as a place for new homes and a great lifestyle. It will offer residents a wonderful place to live while bringing in more investors and helping Dubai grow.
