Hamad Obaid Al Mansoori, Director General of Digital Dubai, shared his thoughts on Dubai’s participation. He said that connecting with the world has always been a key part of Dubai’s digital progress. Taking part in global events like GITEX EUROPE helps Dubai share its success and learn from others too. He added that the event is a great way to understand the best global practices in digital technology, artificial intelligence, and data use, especially when it comes to supporting global goals like the Sustainable Development Goals.
He also said that Dubai values building global partnerships. These partnerships help make life better for people and businesses in the city. Dubai hopes to find new partners during the event and is ready to show how it uses digital tools and AI to improve services and make life easier for everyone.
At the Dubai Pavilion, visitors will get to see many digital tools and systems developed by Dubai. One of them is called the Dubai Dashboard. This is a smart dashboard that gives leaders in Dubai a full view of real-time data from different parts of the city. It uses AI and data analysis to help leaders make better decisions and even shows future trends using machine learning.
Another smart tool is Dubai Monitor, which also uses AI. It watches for changes in data and predicts any problems before they happen. It also compares what’s happening in Dubai with events around the world using real-time updates.
There is also a system called DubaiFAL, which is a smart dashboard that shows how people feel about Dubai’s services. It reads comments and feedback from the public and uses AI to understand the overall mood and opinions.
One more important tool being shown is Smart Employee. This is a special app that helps with government workers’ HR and financial tasks. It connects with more than 62 services and supports over 76,000 government employees. It helps employees apply for leave, get approvals, and send internal messages. It also saves a lot of time—up to 95%—on admin work. Managers can use it to track performance and assign tasks.
Another popular app called DubaiNow will be displayed too. This app lets people access more than 320 services from over 50 government and private organizations, all in one place.
Also at the Pavilion will be UAE PASS, which is a national digital identity for everyone in the UAE—including citizens, residents, and visitors. This digital ID uses face recognition for easy login and lets people sign documents and share them securely. Over 358 entities now offer their services through UAE PASS, including 60 federal bodies, 173 local government offices, and 125 private companies, giving people access to more than 15,000 digital services.
GITEX EUROPE x Ai Everything 2025 was first announced at GITEX GLOBAL 2023 in Dubai. GITEX is one of the biggest tech events in the world, and it connects tech and startups from seven countries across four regions, including Germany, Morocco, Nigeria, Singapore, Thailand, UAE, and Vietnam.
Dubai’s strong presence at the event will show how the city is leading the way in digital transformation. The hope is that the tools and systems shared at the Dubai Pavilion will inspire others and build stronger connections with people from around the world.
