Dubai Press Club (DPC) recently hosted a special networking dinner, bringing together some of the world’s most popular social media influencers and content creators. These digital media personalities have a combined audience of over one billion followers. The event served as a platform for meaningful discussions and new connections, highlighting the growing influence of social media in today’s world.

The evening was filled with insightful conversations about the future of digital media, the responsibilities that come with being a content creator, and the role media plays in shaping global discussions. Influencers and creators shared their thoughts and experiences, exchanging ideas on how digital platforms can be used to make a positive impact. Officials from Dubai’s Department of Economy and Tourism (DET) were also present, emphasizing the city’s commitment to becoming a leading hub for media innovation.
The gathering included famous influencers from various fields such as fashion, technology, education, and entertainment. Among the notable names were Chiara Ferragni, Josh Richards, Dhruv Rathee, Hashem Al-Ghaili, Vladimir Shmondenko, and Younes Zarou. These individuals have built strong online communities and continue to inspire millions with their content.
Maryam Al Mulla, Acting Director of the Dubai Press Club, spoke about the crucial role influencers play in today’s media landscape. She highlighted how Dubai has positioned itself as a global leader in digital innovation and media excellence.
“Influencers and content creators have a significant role in shaping discussions around the world. Their vast reach allows them to connect with diverse audiences, bringing attention to important topics. Dubai is proud to bring together such influential figures, further strengthening our growing network of digital pioneers,” she said.
She also emphasized that DPC is committed to working closely with social media creators to promote meaningful conversations and positive change. “Dubai has always been at the forefront of innovation. At DPC, we have built strong relationships with social media leaders, and we will continue to expand this network to include more creators who can inspire and impact society positively,” she added.
The influencers attending the event expressed their gratitude to DPC for the opportunity to connect and engage with like-minded individuals. They also praised Dubai for its fast-growing reputation as a center for media creativity and innovation. Many of them shared how the city offers incredible opportunities for content creators, helping them expand their reach and influence in the digital space.
The networking dinner was a reflection of Dubai’s commitment to fostering collaboration among global media professionals. As social media continues to evolve, events like these create opportunities for influencers to use their platforms for positive storytelling and meaningful change.
