Dubai Police's Command and Control Centre, along with the 901 Call Centre, successfully managed 264,069 calls during the first half of Ramadan. Of these, 220,897 calls were made to the emergency number 999, while 43,172 were directed to the non-emergency line 901.
Colonel Bilal Jumaa Al Tayer, Director of the Command and Control Centre at the General Department of Operations, praised the dedication of the call centre staff for their quick and efficient responses. He highlighted their professionalism in handling public inquiries, which reflects Dubai Police ongoing efforts to ensure public safety and satisfaction. Colonel Al Tayer also urged residents to only use 999 for emergencies, such as accidents or life-threatening situations. For general police-related services or non-urgent matters, he encouraged the public to call 901 instead.

Major Jassim Al Hosani, Acting Director of the Customer Happiness Centre at the General Department of Administrative Affairs, revealed that in addition to the calls received, the 901 Call Centre also handled 8,993 emails and 4,549 live chat requests through the Dubai Police website during the first half of Ramadan. He explained that the email and live chat services provide instant support, allowing the public to receive quick answers to their inquiries and share suggestions. These services are managed by trained specialists who ensure timely and accurate responses.
Dubai Police continues to expand its digital communication channels, making it easier for the public to access their services efficiently. Their commitment to quick response and customer satisfaction remains a top priority during Ramadan and beyond.
