Dubai Launches Digital Zero Four for Smart Innovation

In a big move to bring new technology and smart solutions to business operations, the Ports, Customs and Free Zone Corporation (PCFC) has launched a new company called "Digital Zero Four." This is the first company in the country focused on using smart technology to improve commercial operations and create digital solutions that help global economic growth.

On the launch day, H.E. Sultan Ahmed bin Sulayem, the Chairman of PCFC, shared that the company’s launch in Dubai, a city known for being a leader in innovation and smart technology, shows the Corporation’s dedication to making Dubai a global leader in technology, smart systems, and trade and logistics. He explained that Digital Zero Four will act as a digital gateway, offering the best smart solutions for global business, trade, and logistics, including services for ports and maritime transport.

Bin Sulayem said, “With the launch of Digital Zero Four, we are excited to lead global technological innovation and take our advanced port sector services, which have been developed with the latest technology and digital services, to the world. Our goal is to make Dubai a model city for managing logistics services with the best technologies developed by our national talent in technology and artificial intelligence.”

He also mentioned that the launch of Digital Zero Four is part of PCFC’s plan to use artificial intelligence and fits into the Dubai Economic Agenda D33, which was introduced by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Vice President, Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai. This plan reflects Dubai’s forward-thinking vision by focusing on developing human talent and advanced technology, improving the city’s world-class infrastructure, and making it an even better place for business for both local and international investments.

The company will be managed by PCFC’s Technology and Digital Transformation sector, ensuring a mix of expert knowledge and cutting-edge digital innovation.
