These dynamic spaces—located at DP World Kite Beach, Dubai Municipality Zabeel Park, and RTA Al Warqa’a Park—are offering an exciting blend of fitness classes, sports activities, and wellness initiatives that cater to all ages and fitness levels. Here’s everything you need to know about these fantastic free fitness destinations:
DP World Kite Beach 30 x 30 Fitness Village
Situated on one of Dubai's most iconic coastlines, Kite Beach has become the heart of the fitness challenge. This Fitness Village is packed with 24 distinct sports and fitness zones, providing a plethora of activities for fitness enthusiasts. Whether you're into football, basketball, boxing, martial arts, or yoga, there's something for everyone.
The e& Main Stage at Kite Beach hosts an array of fitness classes, offering participants the chance to experience everything from core training to high-intensity workouts. For those looking for competitive fun, the Decathlon Sports Court offers spaces for football and basketball games. For a more calming experience, the Emirates NBD Yoga zone invites you to unwind with yoga and meditation.

Families can enjoy the Wasl Gymnastics and Wasl Parkour zones, designed to engage both kids and adults in developing strength, flexibility, and agility. The sun-kissed sands of the Sun & Sand Sports (SSS) Beach Volleyball Courts await those looking for intense beach workouts, while the MIRA Teen Fit – Boxd – Martial Arts zone is perfect for those looking to mix fitness with martial arts training.
Not to be missed is the DP World Sports Hub, a three-tiered area offering activities like weight lifting, cycling, rowing, and even trampoline-based workouts at the Emirates Rebounder zone. Kite Beach Fitness Village is open weekdays from 3 pm to 11 pm, and from 7 am to 11 pm on weekends, providing ample time for everyone to stay active and engaged.
Zabeel Park 30 x 30 Fitness Village
Zabeel Park, a central and accessible location in Dubai, is offering an immersive fitness experience at its newly launched Fitness Village. Designed to cater to all fitness levels, this space includes zones dedicated to running, cycling, and even cricket. For those interested in team sports, the 3 on 3 basketball courts are available, while the Emirates Spin Zone is perfect for cycling enthusiasts.
In addition to these areas, Zabeel Park also offers specialized classes for children at the Dubai Municipality Kids Gym. Little Lifters, for example, teaches kids aged 6-12 how to safely lift and move objects, while Mini Movers encourages parents and toddlers to enjoy a fun, musical movement class together.
The Fitness Village also offers fitness classes for adults, as well as plenty of opportunities for photo-worthy moments and outdoor fun. Fitness enthusiasts can enjoy an array of workout sessions on the main stage, and the park provides a welcoming atmosphere for individuals and families alike.

Al Warqa’a Park 30 x 30 Fitness Village
The Al Warqa’a Park 30 x 30 Fitness Village, hosted by RTA, is another great destination for fitness lovers. At the heart of this village is the Cycling Hub, featuring 75 bikes and on-site mechanics for a seamless cycling experience. The new Running Club offers opportunities for runners of all levels, while the football zone is ideal for enthusiasts of the sport.
For families and children, the village offers a variety of fun and engaging classes. Junior Jump focuses on improving power and distance, and Strength Stars helps children develop strength, endurance, and flexibility. There’s also a dedicated ladies-only zone for women to enjoy a range of fitness activities in a comfortable and supportive environment. In this space, classes like Aerotensity, which blends high-intensity and low-intensity exercises to music, are available.
For those looking for martial arts training, MMA GX provides a unique workout by combining various disciplines, including Kickboxing, Karate, Taekwondo, Jujitsu, Muay Thai, and Boxing. This zone helps participants improve both fitness and self-defense skills.
Al Warqa’a Park also offers an exciting Modesh Inflatable for kids and action-packed multi-sport zones for adults. With activities ranging from cycling and football to tennis, basketball, and cricket, there’s no shortage of ways to stay fit and have fun.
The village is open from 4 pm to 11 pm on Sundays through Thursdays, and from 4 pm to 11:30 pm on Fridays and Saturdays, making it a great spot for everyone looking to stay active.
