Russian Drone Strikes Shostka Station, 30 Injured in Ukraine

Shostka, Ukraine – A Russian drone strike slammed into a busy railway station in Shostka, Sumy region, injuring at least 30 people, including passengers and railway employees, on Saturday. The attack, described by President Volodymyr Zelensky as “savage,” left train carriages mangled, windows shattered, and fires burning across the platforms.

Shostka, located just 50 kilometers from the Russian border, has witnessed repeated attacks on its transportation infrastructure since Russia launched its full-scale invasion in February 2022.
