DHG Properties, a prominent Swiss real estate developer renowned for over three decades of excellence, has achieved a significant milestone with the completion of 10% of construction for Helvetia Residences in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC). Following the official launch of off-plan sales in February 2024, DHG has secured a monumental AED 250 million agreement with Aroma International Building Contracting, a UAE-based company, to oversee the construction of its flagship project in the emirate.
