The launch party will happen on April 23, 2025, at the Coca-Cola Arena in Dubai. More than 10,000 people will join. Famous singers like Tamer Hosny, Nora Fatehi, and Sunidhi Chauhan will sing and dance at the event.
Azizi Milan will cost over AED 75 billion and will spread across 40 million square feet of land. It will be one of the biggest places to live, work, and enjoy in the UAE. Around 144,000 people will live there, and there will be 800 hotel rooms.
The founder of Azizi, Mr. Mirwais Azizi, said this place is like Milan in Italy, which is known for style and beauty. He said they thought carefully about every part — parks, homes, and open spaces — to make it nice and green. He thanked Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum for helping Dubai grow into a great city. Now, Azizi Milan will be part of that dream.
Azizi Milan will have tall buildings with wide arches and nice shapes. It will look pretty and also work well for daily life. It will have walking-only streets full of fashion — like perfume, makeup, dresses, and bags. Many small shops, cafes, and fine restaurants will be there. People can enjoy shopping, eating, and also watching fashion shows.
The project is very focused on nature. Azizi will plant many trees and use solar power to help the Earth. Every building will have a green rooftop with flowers and plants. There will be pools surrounded by fresh green grass. Special glass elevators will take people up and show them beautiful views of gardens, water fountains, and play areas. This place will help people feel happy and part of a group.
Azizi Milan will have everything people need — houses, malls, hotels, offices, shops, schools, prayer places, health centers, and parks. Some towers will be as tall as 70 floors. In the center, the buildings will be shorter — 25 to 35 floors — to make the place calm and peaceful.
The place will be built along Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311), a very important road in the UAE. This road connects many cities — Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, and Ras Al Khaimah. It will also be close to the new Blue Line metro station, just a 5-minute walk away.
Azizi Milan will be a modern, green, and happy place for people to live, shop, and enjoy life in Dubai.
