Arada, a popular real estate company in the UAE, has started building the Armani Beach Residences on Palm Jumeirah. This luxury project is being built with the help of Armani/Casa Interior Design Studio and famous architect Tadao Ando. The development will have 52 special homes, each with beautiful views of the Arabian Gulf and the Dubai skyline. It will also include 90,000 square feet of great facilities for the people living there.

International Foundation Group (IFG), a company in Dubai that knows how to build strong foundations, has been chosen to do the first part of the work. This includes digging, piling, and preparing the land.
The work has already begun and should be finished by March next year. After that, the main construction team will be chosen.
Along with starting the building work, Arada has opened a Show Apartment at their office in City Walk. This apartment shows what the homes will look like, with furniture and designs by Armani. It has a model of the living room, master bedroom, bathroom, and dining room, all designed by Armani/Casa.
Arada’s CEO, Ahmed Alkhoshaibi, said, “We are excited to start work on Armani Beach Residences at Palm Jumeirah. We look forward to working with Tadao Ando and Armani/Casa to make this amazing project happen.”
He also said, “This project will be a new symbol of luxury in one of Dubai’s best areas, offering beautiful design and top-notch facilities.”
“Each home is made to bring the beautiful views of the ocean and skyline inside. The homes come in many sizes, including two-, three-, four-, and five-bedroom units, as well as penthouses, all with amazing views,” he said.
The project will also have two large presidential suites. These suites will include big terraces, an infinity pool, and special rooms like a private cinema, a parking lounge for seven cars, a private gym, libraries, and a peaceful pool.
Alkhoshaibi also said that buyers of the presidential suites and penthouses will be able to work closely with Armani/Casa to design their homes exactly how they want.
