The comprehensive system will incorporate advanced energy analytics aimed at supporting Aldar’s Net Zero Plan, aligning with sustainability goals while enhancing residents' quality of life. Residents will benefit from personalized experiences prioritizing their well-being, facilitated by IoT sensors monitoring air quality and noise levels. Furthermore, AI technologies will ensure state-of-the-art safety and security measures, along with predictive maintenance capabilities. The platform will also oversee asset lifecycles and utilize digital twins of the district to optimize operational efficiencies.
The implementation of an AI-powered analysis system will streamline asset management, guaranteeing exceptional living standards for residents and optimal performance for commercial tenants at Saadiyat Grove.
These solutions will be integrated into an advanced analytics application scalable across Aldar’s portfolio, enabling consistent quality and operational standards. Centralized monitoring and secure data management will be facilitated, forming a pivotal aspect of Aldar’s broader investment in a technology infrastructure ecosystem geared towards superior customer service, operational efficiency, and sustainability.
Jonathan Emery, Aldar Development's CEO, emphasized the groundbreaking nature of this initiative, asserting its potential to revolutionize the real estate sector through digital innovation. He highlighted Aldar’s commitment to leveraging technology to introduce sustainable living solutions that drive meaningful emission reductions and transform urban landscapes for positive impact.
Helmut von Struve, CEO of Siemens in the Middle East and the UAE, expressed Siemens' pride in collaborating with Aldar on this pioneering project. Leveraging Siemens Xcelerator, he highlighted the potential to enhance portfolio management efficiency and create a safer, more comfortable environment for Saadiyat Grove's residents and visitors.
Saadiyat Grove, located in Abu Dhabi’s Cultural District, is poised to set a new standard for smart and sustainable developments locally and globally. With a focus on innovation and sustainability, the project encompasses a business park spanning approximately 26,000 sqm of net leasable area (NLA) and 78,000 sqm of NLA for retail spaces, introducing experiential retail, dining, and entertainment concepts to the emirate.
