Abu Dhabi, UAE – A vibrant wave of creativity will sweep across the Louvre Abu Dhabi as over 1,500 student artworks go on display from 12 November to 8 December 2025. The third edition of National Art Expressions transforms the museum’s park into a celebration of youth talent, national identity, and artistic expression.

The showcase is the culmination of a year-long program led by the Abu Dhabi Department of Education and Knowledge (ADEK), which engaged more than 7,000 students from over 200 schools. Guided by 62 local and international artists, students explored six creative pathways, including Visual Arts, Performing Arts, Literary Arts, Crafts and Folk Arts, Digital Arts, and Applied Arts.

A distinguished panel of Emirati and international artists reviewed more than 4,000 submissions, selecting 1,500 standout works. The panel also identified 38 winning live performances, highlighting contributions from schools across Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, and Al Dhafra. The showcase proudly includes works by students of determination, reflecting ADEK’s commitment to inclusivity.

The opening week promises an immersive cultural experience with workshops in painting, jewellery-making, and coffee-and-spice art. Visitors can attend panel discussions with leading artists, live student performances, podcasts, and enjoy a special menu by SALT Abu Dhabi inspired by traditional Emirati cuisine.

Literary enthusiasts can explore حروف واعدة (Huroof Wa’eeda), a book featuring award-winning poetry, short stories, and plays by young writers, with opportunities for live readings and book signings. Additionally, visitors can purchase student artworks, with proceeds supporting kidney dialysis patients through MA’AN’s Your Help Their Hope initiative.

Supported by Abu Dhabi’s leading cultural institutions, the program strengthens the connection between education and culture, offering students real exposure to creative industries while celebrating the nation’s heritage.

The exhibition is free and open to the public daily from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM at Louvre Abu Dhabi’s park, offering a unique platform for students and the community to come together in celebration of art and identity.
