Vivo is gearing up to shake India’s premium smartphone segment with the launch of its X300 series on December 2. The lineup includes the Vivo X300 and X300 Pro, promising flagship performance and a focus on next-level photography. Indian buyers will get something unique: an exclusive Red variant of the X300 that won’t be available globally.
Display and Performance
The standard X300 features a 6.31-inch flat BOE Q10 Plus LTPO OLED display, offering 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz adaptive refresh rate for smooth, vibrant visuals. Under the hood, it runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset, paired with up to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and 1TB UFS 4.0 storage. Its 6,040mAh battery supports 90W wired and 40W wireless charging, combining endurance with fast-charging convenience.
The X300 Pro steps up with a larger 6.78-inch display while maintaining the same 1.5K resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. Performance remains flagship-grade with the Dimensity 9500 chipset, 16GB RAM, and 1TB storage. A bigger 6,510mAh battery keeps the device powered through heavy usage. Both models feature IP68/IP69 ratings and ultrasonic fingerprint sensors.
Camera Capabilities
Photography remains the crown jewel of the X300 series. The X300 packs a 200MP main sensor, a 50MP ultra-wide lens, and a 50MP periscope telephoto lens with 3X optical and 100X digital zoom, powered by Vivo’s V3+ imaging chip in collaboration with Zeiss.
The X300 Pro raises the bar further, featuring a 50MP Sony LYT-828 primary sensor, 50MP ultra-wide lens, and a 200MP periscope telephoto camera with 3.5X optical and 100X digital zoom. Dual imaging engines, the V3+ and VS1, enhance AI-based processing, color accuracy, and low-light performance, offering users professional-grade photography in a smartphone.
Design and Colors
While the Pro model will be available in Gold and Black finishes, the X300 introduces an exclusive Red edition for Indian users, adding flair to the premium design. The lineup reflects Vivo’s continued focus on merging style, performance, and camera innovation for the Indian market.
