Drone Strikes Target British-Linked Oil Facility in Erbil, Massive Fire Erupts

A series of drone attacks have hit a British-linked oil storage facility near Erbil in Iraq’s Kurdistan region, sparking a massive fire and sending thick smoke into the sky. Local officials report that multiple drones struck the depot, with two of the attacks causing significant damage. Fortunately, no casualties have been reported so far.

The facility, operated by a UK-associated company, stores motor and engine oil. The incident comes amid escalating regional tensions and increasing drone activity across northern Iraq, reflecting the broader Middle East conflict.
