A Night of Vision, Leadership & Global Impact: Highlights from UAE’s Next MasterMind Awards 2025
In a grand celebration of innovation, leadership, and global excellence, the UAE’s Next MasterMind Awards 2025 convened an exceptional gathering of global changemakers at the prestigious Al Habtoor Palace, Dubai, on 21st June. The evening served as a vibrant tribute to remarkable accomplishments across diverse sectors and a reflection of the UAE’s unwavering commitment to cultivating leadership and recognizing international excellence.
This special edition focused on Business & Corporate Leaders, Authors, and Coaching Leaders—bringing together some of the most impactful figures shaping the future across industries.
Established over 13 years ago by Dr. Mansoor Al Obeidli and co-founded by Dr. Navana Kundu, the MasterMind Awards has grown into a premier global platform that celebrates individuals driving transformational change.
The occasion was elevated by the presence of two highly respected Chief Guests:
A highlight of the evening was the recognition of Hind Sulaiman Alfahim of Sulaiman AlFahim Holding, who received the Emerging Emirati Leader in Global Sustainability Award. She was accompanied by her father, Sulaiman Alfahim, a distinguished entrepreneur whose contributions to real estate and philanthropy in the UAE continue to inspire.
The event featured powerful keynote addresses by five industry thought leaders:
Dr. Navana Kundu, Dr. Shaikha Almazrouei, Philippe Gerwill, Kafeel Ahmed Gudekar (Founder, Al Maghribi Perfumes), and Gabriel Reifinger (Founder, PowerFitness Coaching).
Al Maghribi Perfumes, a luxury brand present in 91 countries and renowned for its refined oriental fragrances, participated as the official Fragrance Partner. Their exclusive scent showcase added a sensory dimension to the night, enhancing the event’s ambience of sophistication and celebration.
The awards ceremony honored some of the most inspiring and accomplished individuals across sectors. This year’s distinguished awardees included:
