Under the orders of UAE President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the Zayed Education Foundation has been created. Its purpose is to help young people find solutions to major global problems by focusing on education, research, and new ideas.

The Foundation plans to support 100,000 young talents by 2035, giving them the skills and knowledge to bring positive change in areas like economy, society, and the environment.

Inspired by Sheikh Zayed’s Vision
The Foundation was started in the Year of Community to promote unity and kindness. It honours the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, the UAE’s Founding Father, who believed that education and working together were key to building a better future.

This new Foundation shows the UAE’s commitment to helping people and supporting growth both in the country and around the world.

Zayed Scholars Programme
One of the main projects of the Foundation is the Zayed Scholars Programme. It offers scholarships to top students and gives them leadership training.

The goal is to help them succeed in their studies and teach them how to become strong leaders who can make a difference in their communities and beyond.

Funding Research and Innovation
The Foundation will also support new research and creative projects in the UAE. It will give money and grants to talented individuals, helping them find solutions to global problems.

By encouraging new ideas and discoveries, the Foundation hopes to drive progress and create useful changes.

Growing Globally
The Foundation will start its work in the UAE and then expand to other Arab countries and parts of the Global South. It will work with universities, governments, and local groups to carry out its projects.

Through these partnerships, the Foundation aims to help young leaders worldwide by giving them the tools and support they need to tackle real-world issues.

A Commitment to a Better Tomorrow
President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan said the Zayed Education Foundation is part of the UAE’s mission to build a better future for everyone.

He said that solving big global problems needs new ideas and teamwork. Through this Foundation, the UAE will help young leaders learn, research, and create new solutions, making the world a better place.

Spreading Hope and Opportunity
H.H. Sheikha Mariam bint Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Chairperson of the Presidential Court for National Projects, said the UAE has always been a place where people chase their dreams.

She explained that through this Foundation, the UAE is giving young people from around the world the chance to help build a fairer and better future.
