Abdullah Sultan bin Awad Al Nuaimi, the Minister of Justice of the United Arab Emirates, attended the ceremony as an honored guest. The reception was hosted by Tarek Mneymneh, the Ambassador of Lebanon to the UAE, at the Lebanese Embassy.
