Turkey to Host COP31 2026, Australia Leads Key Climate Negotiations

Turkey has been confirmed as the host country for the COP31 climate summit in 2026, while Australia will take the lead in managing the negotiation process. This decision was revealed during the COP30 summit held in Brazil and settles a long-standing dispute between the two nations over hosting rights.
