In a memorable moment that captured global attention, Donald Trump Jr. and his girlfriend, Bettina Anderson, were seen dancing to Bollywood songs during a grand wedding celebration in Udaipur. The event was the sangeet ceremony of Netra Mantena, daughter of US-based billionaire Padmaja and Rama Raju Mantena, and Vamsi Gadiraju, co-founder and CTO of the software platform Superorder. The three-day wedding festivities began on November 21, 2025, and are taking place across multiple iconic venues in the city of lakes, including The Leela Palace, Zenana Mahal, and Jagmandir Island Palace.
The sangeet was hosted by renowned filmmaker Karan Johar and featured performances by Bollywood stars such as Ranveer Singh, Shahid Kapoor, Kriti Sanon, and Varun Dhawan. The highlight of the night came when Ranveer Singh invited Donald Trump Jr. and Bettina Anderson onto the stage to dance to his hit song “What Jhumka?” from Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani. The couple, initially hesitant, delighted the crowd with their energetic moves, making the moment go viral on social media.
Bettina Anderson looked radiant in a gold lehenga-choli, while Ranveer Singh shone in a black formal suit. The actor kept the energy high by performing other hits, including Simmba’s “Aankh Maare” and Gully Boy’s anthem “Apna Time Aayega,” encouraging many guests to join him on stage.
The wedding celebrations are expected to host around 600 guests over three days. Alongside Indian stars, international artists such as Jennifer Lopez and Justin Bieber are set to perform during the grand reception on November 23, adding global glamour to the event.
The groom, Vamsi Gadiraju, is a Columbia University graduate and was listed in Forbes 30 Under 30 in 2024. The bride, Netra Mantena, hails from a wealthy family based in Orlando, US. The wedding is a blend of Indian tradition and modern luxury, with multiple high-profile guests and performances.
