She called it "fake" and said that many successful women often criticize younger women instead of helping them. She felt it was wrong when women who have already succeeded choose to bring down others.

But after appearing on *Saturday Night Live*, she felt stronger and more in control of how people saw her. She used the opportunity to joke about rumors, including one about her role in *Madame Web* and a rumor about her relationship with co-star Glen Powell.
