His Highness Sheikh Theyab bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Chairman of the Presidential Court for Development and Fallen Heroes’ Affairs, attended the opening day of an important global event called the Behavioural Exchange (BX2025) conference. The event is being held at NYU Abu Dhabi and focuses on how understanding human behavior can help improve public services and government policies. The theme for this year is “New Horizons in Behavioural Sciences.”
The conference will run until May 1 and has brought together more than 500 experts, researchers, and academics from around the world. The goal of the event is to find new ways that behavioral science can help solve big challenges facing communities and countries today. Sheikh Theyab said the conference is very important because it helps make government policies more connected to what people truly need and experience in their daily lives. He also thanked the organizers for doing a great job in bringing together top thinkers and decision-makers from across the world.
He said, “This event plays a key role in using behavioral science to solve today’s most urgent problems. It helps create services and policies that match what people actually go through and hope for in life.”
Sheikh Theyab also spoke about the need for using new methods, teamwork across different fields, and smart planning to better understand human behavior. This knowledge, he said, can help make a real and positive difference in society.
While attending the event, Sheikh Theyab met with several speakers and experts. They talked about the newest research and findings in the field. He said it’s important to turn these ideas into real programs that improve people's lives and make communities stronger.
This conference is seen as a global meeting place for sharing knowledge, building partnerships, and finding smart ways to improve life for everyone.
