Dubai: His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, extended his condolences on the passing of Mohammed Saeed Al Tayer. He visited the mourning majlis in Umm Suqeim on Sunday to offer his support and sympathy.
